No, utilities are not included. Tenants must set up electric, water, and sewer services.
Monthly gross income must be at least three times the rent amount.
Yes, we accept guarantors. The guarantor’s income must be at least four times the rent. Guarantors will not be accepted for applicants with excessive negative credit or rental history.
The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
Yes, renters' insurance is required. It can be purchased through your online portal (AppFolio) or from your insurance agency. The policy must list The Villas at Ashton Square as an “Additional Interested Party.” Failure to maintain personal liability insurance is considered an incurable breach of the lease.
Rent is due on the first of the month and considered late after the sixth.
You will need a driver’s license, state ID, or residence card; proof of income (last four pay stubs); and rental history (including the names, dates, and addresses of places you rented in the past two years).
Yes, an application fee applies.
A 60-day notice is required before moving out.
If you need to terminate your lease early, you must provide a 60-day notice and pay an early termination fee.
Transfers to another unit are allowed for a small additional fee.
Yes, there is a playground on the property.
There are no on-site laundry facilities. However, each unit has washer and dryer hookups, and you connect your own washer dryer or rent one from us for a small monthly fee.
Yes, on-site parking is included.
